Running my ass off


I told myself I would only work 40 hours this week and I'd workout every day and go for a run. Since August 1st (during my birthday week/celebrations) I've unfortunately gained a little weight.. so it's important to me to get back on track.. and fast. So I will push it, get more sleep, eat better and run run run. I've also started to track my mileage and workouts on dailymile.com (look at my widget on the side of the blog). Hopefully this will keep me motivated to run father and faster. And it'll help me track my mileage a lot better. :)
