Wine Seminars - Key

I have begun recording my wine tastings for the record.

I love dark, dry red wines. I love tannins. I love the flavor or dark chocolate and red fruits. I haven't tasted very many white wines I've liked. But that is changing as I expand my horizons. My quest is to find as many FIVE STAR wines and buy them up! I have quite a collection in my cellar.

1 star = would never buy
2 star = tends to be white wines that make me cringe or bad reds
3 star = I like it, and would buy it if it's under $10
4 star = wow, who knew? I was surprised, I liked it, would buy it if affordable
5 star = amazing, I buy it on the spot

I give half stars if I feel it seems to stand out among its class. The more I learn, the more I realize that while personally, I wouldn't buy it, it's a GOOD wine paired with the right food, and may rate it based on that.
