I'm not a geek

Today was fun. There were weird bagpipers on campus today. Whenever people walked by they asked them questions about their views on Terry Shiavo. My god, let it rest people. And they weren't GOOD bagpipers. Are there such a thing?

Had birthday cake today for a snack. Someones birthday, don't know who. Next month its my duty to make it. I'm thinking of doing something big and bold. Make people talk. Hmmm...



Got my book for my class at Simon. About time. They shipped it Saturday! Two days is just too much! ;) But it's gonna suck. $70 for a book I may get $20 for when I sell it in 2 months.



Class what boring. We learned about databases and such. All stuff I know. Most of my class can either be catogorized as IT geeks or IT duds. So while I'm sitting there being polite and listening to whats being discussed, I hear snickers and comments by some geeks in the back (these people are 30+ years old) while others are asking stupid questions like "What does customer ID# have to do with an order#?" Argh.

Jake's here tonight. He decided to make a showing at the last minute. Gonna watch Survivor and go to bed. Tomorrow should be more fun. I think I'm gonna get a haircut.
