Vacation - Day 5
So Day 5 was full of action.. :) I got up at 7am and took Cindy to work in West Hollywood past Beverly Hills. She works at this animal clinic. We stopped at a burrito place for breakfast. It's kind of like tacobell. A lot of the major chains are either non existent or just in malls. It's weird and kinda nice. I got back to the hotel and fell back asleep for a couple hours.

Cindy and I at El Coco Mexican

Famous Restaurant in Ocean's 11
Cindy and I ended up going to Hollywood Blvd (again) to eat Mexican food at this tiny restaurant on the main drag. They had great salsa and pretty good guacamole. We both had enchiladas, which were pretty darn good.

View from the top of the hills
After, we went to this erotic museum. Cindy begged me to go ;). We get in, pay our fee, and walk into a room which was filled with images and videos of people having sex. Hello...! But when we went upstairs, it was a little more calm. Mostly art and such, with information and creative pieces about sex in Hollywood and the movie industry. Once the videos of people having sex were behind us, the museum was pretty good.

Beverly Hills 90210
We went shopping down the blvd for a little bit, then headed to Borders around the corner for an hour. Cindy A needed a book for the plane ride. We wasted enough time that it was time to head toward Cindy's work to pick her up. We got to Beverly Hills and decided to drive around up into the hills and check out the beautiful houses. And they were big. And beautiful. And we got lost. Well, we kept going up when we should have gone down. Cindy was my navigator. :)

We three at Flavor of India
We did make it down and we picked up Cindy around 5:25. We went to a Flavor of India and had some curry and nan. Cindy A ordered her meal as spicy as they could make it. Which they did. She ate it and it was the hottest thing she's ever had. She cried, she coughed, she drank 3 gallons of water. The cooks came out to meet her and say how they were impressed. The food was really good, really expensive, but good.

Get this girl some water!
We drove to the festival of lights in some obscure park somewhere in West LA. We were in our car in line for an hour, but finally made it to the point where we could see the lights. It was a drive through seeing thing. Cindy was taking pictures AND driving... which got awkward. So we did a chinese firedrill and I got in the driver's seat. The lights were nice. They represented all the different landmarks and such in LA.

We at the Grove
Once we gone done there, we drove to The Grove. It's a giant farmers market outside mall. We walked through, saw the different stores, took some pictures, visited the sights, and made our way back to the car. It was cool. We ended our night with a double dose of McDonalds and El Polla Loco. I got an ice cream code. Cindy and Cindy got lots of food. We went back the hotel, tried to watch a movie, but fell asleep.
